Jo HarperJo Harper

Jo Harper has over 15 years experience as a Project Manager and has worked on a variety of projects in the private and public sector, with over 5 years working as a Project Management consultant and trainer. She has significant experience in managing implementation projects from small-scale implementations through to a multi million dollar programme with multiple concurrent projects. She has a strong understanding of several business sectors including health, state and federal government and insurance.

Jo commenced her career in WA as a junior information technology programmer at a State Government department. She left there to work as a consultant for a large consultancy house where she worked in a variety of roles including system programming, technical writing and project management. In 1994 she joined the federal government as a senior information technology officer. During her time with the federal government Jo undertook a number of different roles including account management, contract management, project management, programme management and IT management. Five years ago Jo left the federal government to return to consultancy and training.

Jo has a degree in Business Administration. Jo is a member of the Project Management Institute and is certified as a Project Management Professional [PMP]. Jo is an accredited PRINCE2 trainer with over 6 years experience delivering project management training courses.
