Our Approach
Our approach is based on an integrated programme of education, consulting and
mentoring. In partnership with our clients, we develop tailored project management workshops and
highly-specific project consults that enable us to ensure that the techniques have been
successfully transferred to our partner project managers. For some clients, we also
develop Project Management Practices based on our tools and techniques.
No deadly embrace! Since there are only six of us, we cannot and do not
embed our people into our clients where you cannot get rid of us because we have become
indispensable - we embed our knowledge and techniques.
We constantly refine and enhance the workshops as we learn more about the wonderful world of project
and team management, and Business Analysis.
As our workshops are also offered publicly you can top up your team's training when you have
a number of new people to train but do not have enough to warrant an in-house workshop.
We offer discounts on our public workshops for our in-house clients.

We have considerable experience tailoring workshops to meet your requirements including the use of:
- your terminology;
- your templates;
- your processes; and
- any other bells'n'whistles that you wish to incorporate.
Of course, after we have looked at what you have and wish to retain, we will provide advice during the tailoring programme as to our view on where you might consider changes to enhance your existing material and processes.
Through Life Education
We can provide project management and business analysis training for your most senior managers through to your newest recruit with our through life education programme.
